About Us
Revanath Choure Shikshan Mahavidyalaya, Ridhora, Sausar, District Pandhurna MP, was established in 2003 by Kisan Evam Krishi Vikas Parishad, Ridhora, near Bus Stand, Sausar, District Pandhurna, Madhya Pradesh. The college is spread over an area of approximately 11,000 square meters and is located in Village Ridhora, Tehsil Sausar, District Pandhurna, Madhya Pradesh.
The institution was founded by Shri Ajay Kumar Choure, Chairman of the Managing Committee, in memory of his father, Late Shri Revanath Choure. Since its establishment, the college has been dedicated to providing quality teacher education and contributing to the educational development of the region.
At present, the college offers Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) programmes. The institution is committed to preparing competent, responsible, and socially conscious teachers through quality education and practical training.
The college campus includes a spacious playground where various sports and recreational activities are organized throughout the year. The academic building comprises 24 classrooms, an auditorium, a well-equipped library, an ICT laboratory, a Principal’s office, and administrative offices. The college also provides canteen facilities and is equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity to support teaching, learning, and administrative activities.
The campus is enriched with lush greenery and shaded trees, creating a pleasant and conducive environment for learning. As one of the leading educational institutions in the rural area, the college has played a significant role in providing access to higher education for students from surrounding villages and communities.
The teaching and non-teaching staff of the college are dedicated, hardworking, and committed to the continuous growth and development of the institution. Through their sincere efforts, the college continues to progress steadily toward achieving its vision, mission, goals, and objectives, thereby contributing meaningfully to the field of teacher education.

Rewnath Choure Shikshan Mahavidyalaya, Ridhora, is committed to maintaining high standards of quality in teacher education and institutional governance. The institution is continuously working towards strengthening its academic, administrative, and infrastructural systems in accordance with national quality benchmarks.
The college has initiated the necessary procedures for quality assurance and accreditation. The process of accreditation by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) is currently under progress. The institution is actively engaged in fulfilling the prescribed quality parameters, documentation requirements, and best practices for accreditation.
The institution is also committed to exploring opportunities for participation in national quality and ranking frameworks as applicable to teacher education institutions.

Rewnath Choure Shikshan Mahavidyalaya, Ridhora, is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and affiliated with Raja Shankar Shah University, Chhindwara (Madhya Pradesh).
The institution is committed to strengthening its academic and quality assurance framework. The process for obtaining recognition under Sections 2(f) and 12(B) of the University Grants Commission (UGC) Act, 1956 is under progress. The college is taking necessary steps to fulfill the prescribed requirements and is actively pursuing the approval process with the concerned authorities.
The institution continuously strives to enhance the quality of education, infrastructure, governance, and academic standards in accordance with the guidelines of UGC, NCTE, and other regulatory bodies.
