Incubation Center/Start-ups/Entrepreneurship Cell

Rewnath Choure Shikshan Mahavidyalaya, Ridhora, recognizes the importance of innovation, entrepreneurship, and self-employment in the contemporary educational landscape. The institution has established an Incubation, Start-up and Entrepreneurship Cell to nurture entrepreneurial thinking, creativity, leadership, and innovation among student teachers.

The Cell aims to create awareness about entrepreneurship opportunities, encourage innovative ideas, and develop the skills required for self-employment and educational entrepreneurship. It also serves as a platform for students to explore career opportunities beyond traditional employment avenues.

Objectives

To promote entrepreneurial awareness and innovation among students. • To encourage creative thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills. • To motivate students towards self-employment and start-up initiatives. • To provide guidance regarding entrepreneurship development schemes and programmes. • To create awareness about government policies, start-up initiatives, and funding opportunities. • To develop professional competencies and employability skills among students.

Functions of the Cell

• Organize Entrepreneurship Awareness Programmes. • Conduct Workshops, Seminars, and Expert Lectures on Entrepreneurship. • Provide information regarding Start-up India, Skill India, and related government initiatives. • Encourage innovative educational projects and ideas. • Facilitate interaction with successful entrepreneurs, educators, and professionals. • Promote entrepreneurial and leadership skills among student teachers.
